Veterinarian Seo Do-Yoon moves back to his childhood house in the countryside, only to encounter a lone baby fox on his way. With no other choice, Do-Yoon brings the fox home, which becomes the start of many wild events to come. First, the fox turns into a little boy, whom Do-Yoon names Haru. Then, Ha-Ru reveals his true form: a fully grown nine-tailed fox! But most surprising of all, Haru claims Do-Yoon is his mate and that he’s been waiting for his return all this time...
