Ao Tanoue is the main character of the first generation of Toyosu Uogashi and the second generation of Tanouami Suisan. He is the biggest fish lover in Japan, or even the world.
He not only buys fish, but also often goes out to the fishing grounds and catches them himself. He uses ideas unique to a fish lover to enliven not only sushi restaurants but also other restaurants.
