from eboookjapan:
In this manga depicting a man among men, the mangaka himself is the protagonist. This autobiographical work describes his efforts when he aimed to become a politician. After taking a break from writing, he spends his days completely infatuated with golf. During this time, MITOMIYA Hiroshi overhears the conversation of some delinquent students while walking through town, and makes a life-changing decision. That decision was to announce that he will run in the national election for the House of Councillors. However, once his neighbors find out, they do everything they can to stop him...!?
