Se-Hwa, who lives each day with a sense of loss and guilt after the sudden death of her beloved, attends a memorial service held at Sehwasa Temple, which shares her name. Se-Hwa feels an inexplicable sense of comfort whenever she visits the temple where her lover's memorial tablet is kept and eats temple food. A year of slowly healing her wounds and discovering the preciousness of everyday life and the value of existence. In a temple where food is made with seasonal vegetables, food stories continue with the flow of the four seasons. Se-Hwa encounters various foods as the seasons pass, and gradually changes.
